Meet the Team

Claire Maas | MSW, LCSW
Hello! You have taken the first step towards recovery and I am happy you are here!
My goal as a therapist is to take a collaborative approach with clients. I recognize the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance! I strive to balance this by also challenging my clients in ways to help them face fears, overcome avoidance, and increase self-acceptance. Within my practice, I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic space for clients to feel ready to work through challenges. I specialize in assisting clients aged 15+ to heal from body image concerns, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and other mental health concerns.
I obtained my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. I utilize multiple approaches that best fit individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog, Riley. I enjoy cooking, reading thriller novels, and spending time outdoors! My favorite outdoor activities are hiking new areas and kayaking in the mountains.
I am excited to get to know you and work together on your therapeutic journey!
