Grief counseling aims to help people cope with loss and/or major life changes (e.g. divorce or job loss). Individuals all experience and react to grief in their own way.
Our therapists assist with individualized approaches to best help process these events. Asking for help is recommended if you are not sleeping well, intense emotions are not subsiding, you are unable to cope with your emotions and/or daily life, relationships are suffering, or if you are experiencing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety.
