Therapeutic Approach

Brainspotting is a therapy method designed to process & alleviate distress caused by traumatic experiences and/or disturbing life experiences through the use of specific points within a client’s visual field. This method integrates the mind-body experience to access otherwise difficultly expressed emotional memories or experiences. Brainspotting is most popularly used with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, but can also benefit other concerns, including panic attacks and more. Give us a call at (262) 780-1020 if you would like to learn more.
