Crisis Intervention
A critical incident is any event or situation that has a real or perceived potential to temporarily overwhelm an individual or group’s ability to cope. They are sudden, unexpected, and often life-threatening events that can inhibit one’s capacity to respond adaptively. We work with many companies to help during these times.
Our trainers at Red Oak is comprised of clinicians that have worked extensively in the field of trauma and crisis response. We have well over 30 years of collective experience dealing with issues such as layoff/downsizing, armed robbery, assault, accident, injury, death, homicide, suicide, natural disaster, and other critical situations.
We offer one day trainings for small work groups that are interested in gaining specialized training on CIR. Our onsite curriculum offers professional trainers and responsiveness services designed to promote effective delivery of workplace crisis response and resiliency. Please contact our office manager Ashley at (262) 780-1020 if you or anyone you know is interested in this training. Critical incident response is challenging, demanding, but most of all rewarding. We are honored to be there for others during these difficult times of need.
