Anxiety is an emotion characterized by an unpleasant state of inner turmoil, often accompanied by nervous behaviors and rumination.

Anxiety is a common feeling individuals get when faced with stress, unease and worry of anticipated events. It is often accompanied by muscular tension, restlessness, shortness of breath and problems in attentiveness. If you struggle with anxiety, you are not alone. It can be a normal aspect of our lives but when you begin to experience it more frequently and with increased symptoms you may benefit from speaking to one of our therapists. Let us help you find a way to control your anxiety so that you can better manage all that life throws at you.
