Anger Management

Anger is a normal, healthy emotion when the individual can recognize its onset and express it appropriately. For some, the expression of anger may feel uncontrollable or is accompanied by harmful behaviors.

Therapy can assist people struggling with these concerns to identify triggers for anger, learn skills to manage their anger, and communicate about their emotions and experience more effectively.
