Sarah is inspired by client’s ability to harness their own strength to overcome their struggles. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist. For the last several years, Sarah has been working in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment centers as a Clinical Therapist and Clinical Director. She utilizes an individualized and strength-based approach to her work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families seeking guidance. Areas of specialization include eating disorders, body image issues, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, identity development, conflict resolution, communication problems, and family dynamic problems. She also serves as the Social Media Chair on the Heartland Chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Board. She is passionate about providing a positive and supportive environment for clients and empowering them on their journey towards healing. Sarah is a strong advocate for self-compassion.
