Natalie Minturn


Natalie will provide a compassionate, safe and nonjudgmental environment so that you can move past life’s challenges, develop new coping skills and live a more fulfilling, authentic life. She has experience working with both children and adults affected by depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, stress, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, life transitions, dual disorders, substance use, gambling addiction, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, and mood disorders. She also works with members of the LGBTQ population.

In her practice, she utilizes person-centered, mindfulness-based cognitive, acceptance and dialectical behavioral therapies. The foundation of Natalie’s work is based on the importance of developing a strong, therapeutic relationship where you work towards healing, growth, and the goals you are seeking.
