Natalie Minturn

I will provide a compassionate, safe and nonjudgmental environment so that you can move past life’s challenges, develop new coping skills and live a more fulfilling, authentic life.

I have experience working with both children and adults affected by depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, stress, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, life transitions, dual disorders, substance use, gambling addiction, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, and mood disorders. I also work with members of the LGBTQ population.

In my practice, I utilize person-centered, mindfulness-based cognitive, acceptance and dialectical behavioral therapies. The foundation of my work is based on the importance of developing a strong, therapeutic relationship where we can collaborate together as you work towards healing, growth, and the goals you are seeking.
