“I have an honest, trauma-informed, and understanding approach when it comes to helping others. I believe that a strength-based, client-centered relationship is the best way to create the trust required to work through challenges. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your therapeutic goals and create a personalized treatment plan. I will guide you through your process and help you master new ways of coping and incorporating them into your lifestyle.

I’ve earned my Master’s degree in Psychology from UW-Milwaukee and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. I have previously worked as an Outpatient Therapist at a women’s outpatient substance use treatment facility and have worked with a broad variety of issues. I specialize in Addiction, Trauma, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Stress Management, Domestic Violence, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sexual Abuse, Women Issues, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Loss and Grief, and Self-Esteem issues. I utilize skills from multiple treatment modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Family-Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I am also trained in a Mindfulness-Focused Trauma therapy called Brainspotting which assists clients with processing their issues in an alternative way to the usual “talk therapy”.

I look forward to helping you overcome the barriers that are holding you back from the life you envisioned.”
