Megan Gonzalez, LPC-IT, SAC-IT has experience helping individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, LGBTQIA issues and individuals who have cognitive impairment or complex medical issues that may affect their mental health. She sees ages 15 and up. Megan particularly has knowledge of MAT (medicated assisted treatment) options available such as suboxone, methadone and vivitrol as a possible adjunct to therapy services. Megan has worked for many years in the Milwaukee community as an AODA case manager and possesses a wide range of resources and referrals within the community for possible additional needed services. She utilizes both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
