Marisa Luna Cortez | Payment Reconciliation Specialist

Marisa has been with Red Oak Counseling since June of 2021, she has detailed experience with both the administrative side as well as the billing side. Marisa started as one of our administrative assistants, and quickly moved her way up to billing where she has cross-trained in many different areas. She is now working as our payment reconciliation specialist and hopes to keep learning and growing.

She does also assist with answering phones and helping clients with scheduling, payments, and insurance and billing questions. Marisa hopes that she can make your billing/overall experience at Red Oak Counseling as comfortable as possible.
