I enjoy working with people seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and substance abuse. My approach is eclectic drawing from several modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy. We will work together in setting your treatment goals in a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can explore and work through your thoughts and feelings that may be challenging you. I feel as though it is essential to develop a level of trust and have open communication to help you reach your goals in therapy.
