Jen “J3” Phillips | Client Billing Advocate

Jen has been with Red Oak Counseling for a little over 4 years and has experience with both the administrative and insurance benefit side and has moved into billing. She ensures that the insurance claims for your visits get to your insurance company efficiently and accurately.

She also assists with answering phones and helping clients with scheduling, payments, and insurance and billing questions. Jen hopes that she can make your experience at Red Oak Counseling a little more comfortable as far as billing is concerned and is happy to answer any questions that you may have!
