Jamie-Lyn Palama | LPC, CSAC, CASDCS
Jamie-Lyn Palama is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. Her experience working on various levels of care has given her a well-rounded perspective. She understands that everyone is unique and experiences life differently and wants her clients to be actively involved in their treatment. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for the client to work on their goals. She believes that everyone deserves a chance to be heard and feel listened to.
Jamie works with clients across all ages and walks of life, with a particular interest in assisting children, adolescents, and their families. She uses many different treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solutions Focused Therapy and Trauma Informed Care to provide customized treatment for each individual.
Other areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, Autism, drug/alcohol addiction, stress management, addressing self-esteem, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, school behavior or refusal issues, and relationship concerns.
