Claire Schuh | LCSW
Claire believes in a collaborative approach with clients and recognizes the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients. She strives to balance this by also challenging her clients in ways to help them face fears, overcome avoidance, and increase self-acceptance. Within her practice, she provides a non-judgmental, empathetic space for clients to feel ready to work through challenges. Claire specializes in assisting clients aged 12+ to recover from eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and other mental health concerns.
Claire obtained her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She utilizes multiple approaches that best fit individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
