| LPC, SAC
Anne works with individuals and families weaving together her traditional clinical training with training in nature-based practices and Buddhist psychology. She enjoys working with adolescence, teens and adults. As clients come to therapy for many reasons, Anne has experience in addressing anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, relationships, LGBTQA, highly sensitive person, parenting, grief, spirituality and other life challenges.
Anne brings into sessions her compassion and understanding of people. Each client carries with them a unique world that includes joys and sorrows. Through an emphasis on mind, body and spirit attuning, she works with her clients to develop self-compassion and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others. In sessions Anne uses deep listening therapy, skill development and education. As appropriate, sessions can be held outdoors.
