Andrea is here to support you through this time and to collaboratively develop purposeful goals and empower you to reach them. She will help guide you to identify the source of the challenges you are facing and provide you the tools to succeed. She will work to create a comfortable and trusting environment in which you feel safe to tell your story.
Andrea utilizes a variety of approaches, dependent on each client’s personality, needs and goals. Typically, she works from a client-centered approach, while using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Therapies. She has previous experience working with individuals of a variety of ages, races, socio-economic statuses and sexual orientations in areas that include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, disabilities, career issues, divorce, sexual identity and abusive relationships.
