Aaron is a clinical intern working on finishing his Mental Health Counseling degree, with a specialization in Athletic Counseling. Aaron works primarily with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues and life stressors. He strives to help clients identify their values and strengths while supporting them in a way that meets their individual needs. He has previous clinical experience working with the eating disorder population at Rogers Behavioral Health as a Residential Care Specialist, prior to pursuing his master’s degree at Springfield College, where he worked as an Athletic Counselor with a variety of NCAA sports teams.
Aaron’s practice utilizes multiple therapeutic approaches including person-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapies.
