A healthy mind creates a healthy body and true health means that you are aligned physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  In this group, you will learn to treat the whole person by exploring these three key aspects of health.

In this group, you will be introduced to skills of mindfulness and meditation and how to incorporate both into daily habits toward recovery. This group is ideal for those open to a spiritual practice and new concepts to help with their recovery. Members will be encouraged to journal their experiences and will be expected to create their own “recovery spiritual plan” at the end of the 6 weeks.
