Do you have a friend, spouse, significant other, or family member who struggles with a mental health condition? This group provides a safe setting to better understand and process the emotions connected with a loved one’s mental health condition.
Through your involvement, you will build social connections with others who are experiencing similar difficulties and learn from other’s experiences. Additionally, this group will educate you in skills including how to set healthy boundaries with loved ones and tools for self-care.
