Depression, Grief, Loss? It’s complicated
What are you feeling? It could be all three. There are many avenues for us to feel a loss. It could be loss of a business, a loved one, a beloved pet, a job, a relationship, or your physical health. Loss is never simple or easy, and COVID-19 has made it even more challenging. If you have experienced a recent loss or find a past loss continues affect your day-to-day life and would like to find healthy ways to process and move forward, you’re encouraged to join this 8-week process group.
In this group we will work through the stages of grief, find healthy ways to express, process and cope with the different feelings and emotions that surface as we face our losses; all the while supporting each other to continue moving forward with our lives.
