Adolescent Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Group
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of treatment that is used to alleviate depressive and anxiety related symptoms, and to improve one’s overall quality of life.
This psycho-education group’s focus will be to teach practical skills to adolescents aged 13 to 15 years old. In this group, you’ll learn to: challenge negative thinking patterns, address problem-solving techniques, and establish positive coping skills.
When: Thursdays, 6:00-7:00pm
