Jenny Klucarich, LPC, SAC-IT offers a compassionate, safe, nonjudgmental environment that allows the healing process to come naturally. Her focus in therapy is fostering hope and helping you find and create the tools to improve your quality of life. Jenny works with adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She provides individual, couples, family, and group counseling. Jenny has experience with anxiety and depression, substance and behavioral addictions, LGBTQ, career counseling, domestic violence, cultural issues, eating disorders, abuse, and trauma. Her approach is individualized to your needs and utilizing positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, existential, motivational interviewing, and others. 




Mary Kusz, LPC-IT, CSAC  has a strong belief that most of us have our own fears to battle. Some are marked with addictions, anxiety, depression, and some with traumatic histories. She has worked in the area of addictions for many years. Mary delivers her heartfelt message in a way that is compassionate, strong and meaningful. She will work to instill hope where it once may have felt lost and bring you to the life journey you desire. Allow Mary to extend this gracious heart to your well-being.




Adam Barboff, LPC, SAC, NCC Are you having trouble dealing with your life? Are you battling addiction?  Are you feeling depressed, anxious, or just not reaching the goals you set for yourself? I appreciate you taking the time to reach out.  I’m here to help.  I’m a therapist who will work with you and your specific needs.   My approach uses integrative techniques combining Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused with a Humanistic approach. Shannon Lee, MA, LPC-IT, SAC-IT is compassionate, dedicated to her clients, and goal driven. She earned her Master's degree in clinical psychology from Cardinal Stritch University. Shannon facilitates AODA and Codependency groups. Shannon has the ability to connect well with young adults and adolescents. She specializes in dependent relationships, those struggling with decision making, eating concerns, addictions, grief, anxiety, depression, and academic concerns. Shannon will work with you to develop a treatment plan that accomplishes the goals you desire. 




​Heidi Conto, LCSW, CIR has specialized training in eating disorders. She also has a strong background in women’s issues including; postpartum depression, infertility, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and menopause.  She focuses on children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Other areas of expertise include but are not limited to grief/loss, divorce, marital/relationship concerns, OCD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, & adjustment issues. Heidi understands what it takes to get to recovery, walk through recovery, and stay in recovery as she herself has endured the journey of her own eating disorder. Heidi is compassionate and patient and understands that life/recovery has roadblocks and guiding her clients through is part of the journey.

 


Haley Cullen, LPC, CSAC has a specialty working with substance abuse issues and those with dual diagnoses. She focuses on adolescents, adults, couples and families, Haley uses an array of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Client Centered and Existential approaches. Other areas of expertise include but are not limited to grief/loss, divorce, marital/relationship concerns, anger, stress management, LGBT, anxiety, depression, PTSD, abuse, and adjustment issues. Haley strives to connect with each client and empower them to take responsibility & initiate positive change in their lives. She uses a holistic approach that emphasizes the client’s free will and capacity to make choices to maximize their potential.

 


Leslie Clark, MSE, LPC, SAC-IT, CIR has a good foundation on mental health and substance abuse counseling having worked with children, adolescents, and adults for the past several years. She enjoys working with children and adolescents and believes that being a student in today’s world can be challenging with the pressures of academics, peers, and self-discovery. She specializes in family dynamics, anxiety, depression, communication concerns, stress management and addictions. 



Jennifer Pozorski, LCSW, CSAC, CIR has a passion and strong interest in helping her clients work on their individual recovery from eating disorders, drug and alcohol addictions, and mental health illnesses. Jenny specializes in the topic areas of addictions, healthy eating habits, communication, mindfulness, stress management, grief, dealing with difficult personalities, and trauma. She is compassionate, yet has a unique way of holding her clients accountable as she helps them see discrepancies between their goals and behaviors. Jenny treats her clients with respect as she realizes taking steps to make changes is a sign of strength. 



Kendall Crook, MA, LPC, CIR Integrity, Care, and Compassion. These are the values and principles that Kendall embraces. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois & Wisconsin, he has twelve years of experience providing therapy to at-risk adolescents and their families. Kendall's areas of specialty are: ADD/ADHD, Adjustment Disorders, Anger Management, Anxiety, Christian Counseling, Depression, School Issues, Grief/Loss, and Sexual Abuse. Kendall’s therapeutic style utilizes empathy, respect, and accountability with the purpose of instilling hope and change.



Lenny Delvecchio, LPC, SASA, CIR A passion for helping people lead purpose-driven lives is Lenny’s joy. He employs an integrative, body/mind/spirit approach with his clients. Lenny’s positive energy has been particularly beneficial for those who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, addictions, and relationship issues and also those just wanting support. His former experience as a mechanical engineer in a large corporation helps him connect with all walks of life. Lenny is dedicated to increasing the amount and expression of love in our world.



Coleen Kittleson, LPC, NCC, CIR has specialized training in couples and trauma therapy. Additional areas of expertise include anxiety, self-acceptance, life transitions, codependency, sexual identity, work place issues and grief.  She focuses on adults and couples. Through working in mental health for 25 years she has found the greatest predictor of change is self-compassion. Coleen holds great respect for her clients and is enthusiastic about helping them to understand their challenges, to accept themselves, and to make the necessary changes. She uses mindfulness cognitive therapy as well as a holistic approach encouraging overall wellness of mind and body.  Coleen’s clients have said she has the ability to make you feel at ease with her warm and compassionate style.



Sue Kalensky, LPC, Addiction Specialist, CIR has over 21 years of experience and possesses a strong passion for working with clients who struggle with mental health, addictions, and gambling. Sue cares deeply for the well-being of her clients and will walk beside them every step of the way, but will hold them accountable for their recovery. Her open and honest approach also works well for clients dealing with issues of marital/relationships concerns, military, co-parenting, and challenges with sexual orientation. 



Roxanne Guenther, LCSW, Addiction Specialist, CIR
 is drawn to work with those individuals who have the desire to change, but find it difficult to do so. She works well with those who suffer from addictions, relationship concerns, communication issues, anger control, & those needing life coaching. Roxanne has worked extensively with members of the military and their families on issues related to deployment, reintegration, & trauma. She has an affinity for corporate training & educational seminars and is well known in the community as a presenter, life coach, & trainer for employees on a number of topics including communication skills, stress management, wellness and life balance. In addition, Roxanne enjoys providing group counseling services to Red Oak clients. 

 

Anne Warchol is an energetic presenter who understands that learning occurs in group interaction more than in slide driven lectures. Her interactive style and ability to incorporate humor into presentations has engaged many audiences. Anne has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Her experience with a wide variety of topics allows her to cover many topics and her warm approach will motivate and educate your group.



Ashley Hall, Office Manager will assist you in scheduling your first appointment. During the initial intake process she will answer any questions that you have about therapy and our clinic, gather your basic information, and set you up with one of our experienced clinicians while making sure that you are seeing somebody who is a good fit for you. Ashley will also help you navigate through any insurance questions you have, offering a complimentary benefit check so that there are no surprises.
