Question: What can I expect from therapy?
Answer: Your program will begin with a comprehensive Assessment to address your concerns
and to determine your desires for treatment. All of our programs are confidential and designed to incorporate your desires
while fostering growth from the direction of our advanced trained therapist. The length or time of treatment will
be determined by you and your therapist. ~

Question: Who will I be meeting
with?
Answer: All of the staff
at Red Oak Counseling are Licensed professionals specializing in mental health and AODA issues. We will ask you a few questions when you contact the
clinic and assign you a therapist based on your needs, times available and their specialized training.

Question: How often will we meet, and for how long? Answer: All programs
are designed with your needs in mind. However, we
find that most clients benefit from at least two sessions per month. The intake process and initial
assessment can take up to 1.5 hours to complete, thereafter individual sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Question: How much will it cost, and can I use
insurance?
Answer: There are a few options for payment. We offer a complementary benefits check
on your insurance so you know what to expect. from there our Office Manager will call with the results and answer
any questions you many have. If you do not have insurance and are interested in therapy, please call us today and we
can tell you about our other payment options.

Am I able to speak with my potential therapist? Answer: Absolutly! We offer a 15 minute consultation, which
can be done either on the phone or in person.
