Lenny Delvecchio, LPC, SAC-IT.  A passion for helping people lead purpose-driven lives is Lenny’s joy.  He employs an integrative, body/mind/spirit approach with his clients.  Lenny’s positive energy has been particularly beneficial for those who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, addictions, and relationship issues and also those just wanting support. His former experience as a mechanical engineer in a large corporation helps him connect with all walks of life. Lenny is dedicated to increasing the amount and expression of love in our world.

Coleen Kittleson, LPC, NCC,CIR  has 20 years of experience. Coleen holds great respect for her client’s and is passionate about helping them to understand their challenges, accept themselves and make desired changes. Coleen works well with those who struggle with anxiety, trauma, grief and relationship issues.  Coleen’s client’s have said her warm and compassionate style make you feel at ease. Coleen is accepting new clients.

Katie Harrison, LPC, CSAC,uses an interactive, motivational approach to work in-depth with a wide variety of clientele. She typically works with adolescents and adults with co-occurring disorders, including but not limited to; addictions, depression, anxiety, and attachment disorders. Katie has a vast amount of experience with multicultural circumstances and is highly respectful of individual differences. The well-being of her clients comes first as she has dedicated her life's work to their causes. Katie is currently accepting new Clients.  

Leah.2012.028.jpgLeah Richmond, LPC, CIR has a supportive and challenging approach which empowers clients to make healthy life changes necessary to reach their desired goals. In her 20 years of experience she has been assisting children, adults, couples, families, and parents with child concerns. Leah is passionate about her service to others and works well with those experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, academic and social challenges, and life transition difficulties. Leah also facilitates a Pet Loss Support Group, and is accepting new clients at this time.

Sue Kalensky, LPC, NCC, Addiction Specialist has 19 years of experience and possesses a strong passion for working with clients who struggle with addictions.  Sue cares deeply for the well-being of her clients and will walk beside you every step of the way, but will hold you accountable for your recovery.  Her open and honest approach also works well for clients dealing with issues of infidelity, co-parenting, and sexual orientation.  Sue currently has two AODA groups running. Call for an assessment or any questions you may have about those group.  Sue is accepting new clients.

Roxanne Guenther, LCSW, Addiction Specialist, CIR  is drawn to work with those individuals who have the desire to change, but find it difficult to do so.  She works well with those who suffer from addictions, relationship concerns, communication issues, anger control, and those needing life coaching.  Roxanne has worked extensively with members of the military and their families on issues related to deployment, reintegration, and trauma.  She has an affinity for corporate training and educational seminars and is well known in the community as a presenter, life coach, and trainer for employees on a number of topics including communication skills, stress management, wellness and life balance.  In addition, Roxanne enjoys providing group counseling services to Red Oak clients.  She is currently accepting new clients.

Anne Warchol is an energetic presenter who understands that learning occurs in group interaction more than in slide driven lectures. Her interactive style and ability to incorporate humor into presentations has engaged many audiences. Anne has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.  Her experience in a wide variety of topics allows her to cover many topics and her warm approach will motivate and educate your group.

Carol Bell, LPC, CSAC, ICS has many years of experience working with addictions and those impacted by its effects.  Carol also has a passion for working with children and has the ability to join with them in a caring way.  She has the know-how to guide them through their problems and teach life skills to promote healthy growth and development.  Carol's current focus is primarily military work, so her private practice is limited.
